I ordered a Testsample in black with white needles (important) and after I ordered the black brushes (100x) I got the brush with black needles.
after asking for a refund, at least for getting a solution for that issue the only answer was „no, it is not my fault“.
Sure, so it is always the fault of the customer and the customer has to take responsibility for that kind of … let me say „misunderstanding“ .
absolutely disappointing… I will look for a new supplier, tried so often to find a solution without a result.
